Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust
In June 2019, Doddinghurst Church of England Junior School joined our Trust.
The ethos of all schools in the Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust is centred on the co-operative values of self-responsibility, self-help, equality, equity, democracy and solidarity, as well as the ethical values of openness, honesty, social responsibility and caring for others. With a focus on high standards of education and student and staff wellbeing, our Trust provides many opportunities for all stakeholders to have their voice heard. We organise a Trust Forum three times a year which is open to all members of our local governing bodies.
Through school-to-school collaborative partnerships we aim to improve educational standards in all our schools so that every pupil can reach their full potential.
We believe it’s our sense of shared responsibility, in which everybody has a vested interest and the opportunity to play their part in transforming education in our communities, which enables pupils to become the best they can be.
We hope all those who share an interest in our values will join us in building a better and brighter future for all the students and staff at Doddinghurst Church of England Junior School.
